JAKARTA - PT Metropolitan Kentjana Tbk (MKPI) is allocating dividend of IDR 507.28 billion for the fiscal year (FY) 2023, 20.22% higher than the dividend allocation in FY 2022 of IDR 421.94 billion.

In the information disclosure quoted Tuesday (25/6), Jeffri Sandra Tanudjaja, Corporate Secretary of MKPI, mentioned that shareholders agreed upon dividend allocation of IDR 535 per share, which will be paid on July 19 to shareholders listed by the recording date on July 3.

Total net profit attributable to the parent company was IDR 844.44 billion in 2023, while retained earnings and total equity clocked up to IDR 6.84 trillion and 6.85 trillion.

For cum and ex dividend in the regular and negotiation market, the date is set to July 1 and 2, while the cum and ex dividend in the cash market follows on July 3 and 4.

In FY 2022, this issuer allocated dividend of IDR 445 per share from its net profit attributable to the parent company in 2022 of IDR 701.36 billion, with retained earnings and total equity clocking up to IDR 6.42 trillion each. (LK/ZH)
