JAKARTA - The Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes of the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Indonesia had not stopped selling shares of PT Totalindo Eka Persada Tbk (TOPS), an issuer of building construction. On Friday, June 21, this investor released an additional 70 million shares, bringing its total number of shares held to 1.93 billion, or approximately 5.79%. Besides that, Tan John Tanuwijaya, the majority shareholder in PT Berdikari Pondasi Perkasa Tbk (BDKR), was still selling shares, this time for 27.54 million. His share percentage was recorded as being around 58.89%. PT Precise Pacific Realty was also recorded as selling 20 million shares of the tourism services company PT Sona Topas Tourism Industry Tbk (SONA), with the remaining shares amounting to approximately 31.65%.

The controller of PT Bersama Zatta Jaya Tbk (ZATA), PT Lembur Sadaya Investama, then sold 15 million shares in the fashion company. The shares fell only slightly, from 71.5 percent to 71.33%. Furthermore, Bank of Singapore Limited sold up to 2.70 million shares of the securities company PT Yulie Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk (YULE), leaving 6.13% of the shares outstanding.

On the other hand, PT CGS International Sekuritas Indonesia increased its stake in PT Intiland Development Tbk (DILD), a construction and property company, by 23.43 million shares. Prajogo Pangestu, the controller of PT Barito Pacific Tbk (BRPT), increased his stake in this issuer, which operates in the energy and industrial sectors, by 11 million shares, bringing his total control to 71.2%.

PT Arthakencana Rayatama then increased its shareholding by purchasing 3.60 million shares of fuel oil distributor PT AKR Corporindo Tbk (AKRA), followed by PT Bogamulia Nagadi, who purchased 1.42 million shares of pharmaceutical company PT Tempo Scan Pacific Tbk (TSPC). Finally, PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk (INTP) bought back up to 590 thousand shares of its own stock. (KD)
