JAKARTA. PT Roda Vivatex Tbk (RDTX) will distribute cash dividend of IDR 96.76 billion or IDR 360 per share.

Wiriady Widjaja, Corporate Secretary of RDTX, mentioned that the cash dividend is equal to 31.9% of total 2023 net profit. "It goes in accordance with the result of Annual GMS on June 24, 2024," Widjaja said in the official statement.

The cash dividend will be given to shareholders listed by the recording date on July 4, 2024. Then, the payment is due July 23, 2024.

According to IDNFinancials data, RDTX scored net profit of IDR 302.8 billion in 2023. At the end of the year, its retained earnings and total equity were seen at IDR 2.73 trillion and IDR 2.88 trillion, respectively. (KR/ZH)
