JAKARTA – PT Trimegah Bangun Bersada Tbk (NCKL), widely known as Harita Nickel, is reported preparing cash dividend for the fiscal year (FY) 2023 of IDR1.69 trillion.

The dividend allocation was approved during the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders today (27/6), and is said to be equal to 30% of total net profit attributable to the parent entity in 2023 of IDR 5.62 trillion.

With listed shares recorded at 63.1 billion, the dividend per share for FY 2023 will reach IDR 26.7, approximately 20% higher than the dividend per share allocated in 2022.

This growth is in line with skyrocketing revenue and net profit of NCKL in 2023, with revenue recording 149.4% year-on-year (yoy) surge to IDR 23.86 trillion, and net profit soared 54% yoy to IDR 7.01 trillion.

NCKL’s stock price was seen at IDR 995 per share at the end of afternoon session at IDX today (27/6). Referring to said price, the indication of NCKL’s dividend yield for FY 2023 is 2.7%.

Until May 2024, PT Harita Jayaraya still controlled 86.52% of NCKL, followed by PT Citra Duta Jaya Makmur with 0.87% and public investors 12.61%.

Harita Nickel is also under preparation for a corporate action, a buyback, with allocated budget of IDR 1 trillion, which will take place no later than 12 months after securing approval from GMS today (27/6). (ZH)
