ADCP to pair up with JKB for Adhi City Sentul development
JAKARTA - PT Adhi Commuter Properti Tbk (ADCP) partners with PT Jeca Karya Bersama (JKB) will develop Adhi City Sentul commercial area with an investment worth IDR 39.9 billion. The cooperation agreement signing took place yesterday (26/6) in Jakarta.
Farid Budyanto, Director of Marketing and Production of ADCP, confirmed that the company and JKB have agreed upon the joint partnership for the development of Adhi City Sentul with total area of 5,400 m2. “The area will complement Adhi City Sentul’s residential area as a public facility usable for its residents,” he added in the press release quoted Thursday (27/6).
Adhi City Sentul is a landed-house complex of 120 hectares (Ha). It consists of two main clusters: Bumi Anvaya and Bhumi Svarga, in Kadumangu, Bogor, West Java.
According to Budyanto, this joint project of Adhi City Sentul development is aimed to promote commercial support business line. In addition, ADCP also makes an innovation by establishing a Transit Oriented Development (TOD) property business. (LK/ZH)
