JAKARTA. PT Asuransi Dayin Mitra Tbk (ASDM) will distribute cash dividend of IDR 15.36 billion or IDR 40 per share taken out of 2023 net profit.

Efran Sinaga, Manager of ASDM, said that the allocated cash dividend is equal to 73% of total net profit in 2023. “It is according to the result of Annual GMS on June 25, 2024,” he said in the official disclosure.

The cash dividend will be given to ASDM’s shareholders whose names have been listed by the recording date on July 5, 2024. Then, the cash dividend payment is due July 26, 2024.

According to IDNFinancials data, ASDM scored net profit of IDR 21.04 billion in 2023. Retained earnings were recorded at IDR 323.42 billion, and total equity was at IDR 371.72 billion.

At today’s closing bell (27/6), ASDM’s stock price increased 6 points or 1.23% to IDR 492 per share. Since the beginning of this year, its stock price has shifted up 12 points or 2.50%. (KR/ZH)
