JAKARTA - PT Catur Sentosa Adiprana Tbk (CSAP) dividends fell 18.88% in the 2023 fiscal year compared to the 2022 fiscal year. This was influenced by a decrease in net profit attributable to the parent entity.

In an information disclosure quoted on Monday (1/7), Idrus Widjajakusuma, CSAP Corporate Secretary said that shareholders approved the distribution of dividends of IDR 39.78 billion from net profit attributable to the 2023 fiscal year of IDR 191.95 billion.

Dividend of IDR 7 per share which will be distributed on (31/7) referring to the Shareholders Register (DPS) as of (9/7). Cum and ex dividends in the regular market and negotiated market on (5 and 8/7) and cum and ex dividends in the cash market on (9 and 10/7).

This issuer posted an attributable net profit of IDR 191.52 billion, a retained earnings balance of IDR 1.29 trillion, and total equity of IDR 3.50 trillion.

In 2022, net profit will be attributed to IDR 246.41 billion, retained earnings balance IDR 1.15 trillion, and total equity. In 2021, CSAP recorded attributable net profit of IDR 220.38 billion, retained earnings balance of IDR 947.43 billion, and total equity of IDR 2.26 trillion. (LK/LM)
