JAKARTA - On Tuesday, June 25, PT Amman Mineral Internasional Tbk (AMMN) welcomed foreign investor SAJIR 9 LLC as a new investor. This investor did not waste any time and annexed 4.18 billion shares, giving it 5.77% ownership.

Furthermore, two major investors in PT Nusantara Sawit Sejahtera Tbk (NSSS) conducted a large number of share transactions. PT Mitra Agro Dharma Unggul sold 1.1 billion shares of this oil palm plantation company, and PT Samuel Tumbuh Bersama immediately acquired them. As a result, Mitra Agro now owns only 23.3% of the shares, while Samuel Tumbuh's ownership increased to 21.05%.

PT Metro Pacific Tollways Indonesia also acquired 18.25 million shares of PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk (META), a construction contractor. Then, PT CGS International Sekuritas Indonesia's portfolio now includes another nearly 18 million shares of property developer PT Intiland Development Tbk (DILD). Individual investor Low Tuck Kwong also purchased an additional 1.97 million shares of the coal mining issuer, PT Bayan Resources Tbk (BYAN).

Tan John Tanuwijaya, on the other hand, remains committed to reducing shares in the specialized foundation company PT Berdikari Pondasi Perkasa Tbk (BDKR). This time, he sold 28.56 million shares, increasing his ownership= to 57.74 percent. PT Lembur Sadaya Investama, the majority shareholder in fashion company PT Bersama Zatta Jaya Tbk (ZATA), sold 8.33 million shares, followed by PT Goldfive Investment Capital, which sold 2.75 million shares in maritime shipping and logistics services company PT Bintang Samudera Mandiri Lines Tbk (BSML). Finally, PT Sinar Mas Cakrawala released 2.41 million shares of its subsidiary, PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk (SMMA), which provides financial services. (KD)
