JAKARTA. PT Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk (MAPI), a retail company that manages several globally-renowned fashion and F&B outlets, will distribute cash dividend of IDR 132.32 billion or IDR 8 per share.

Eva Andrianie, Corporate Secretary of MAPI, mentioned that cash dividend allocation of MAPI is equal to 6.99% of its 2023 net profit. “It is in line to Annual GMS result dated June 27, 2024,” she added in the official statement.

Cash dividend will be given to MAPI’s shareholders whose names have been listed by the recording date on July 10, 2024. The cash dividend payment is then due July 30, 2024.

According to IDNFinancials data, MAPI reported net profit of IDR 1.89 trillion in 2023. At the end of this year, the company also reported retained earnings of IDR 7.23 trillion, while total equity clocked up to IDR 12.41 trillion.

As of now, 51% of MAPI are under the control of PT Satya Mulia Gema Gemilang. Then, public investors claim another 49%, with ownership portions of below 5% each. (KR/ZH)
