JAKARTA - PT Citra Nusantara Gemilang Tbk (CGAS) has secured a loan facility of IDR 53.88 billion in total from PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (BMRI). Said loan agreement was signed yesterday (1/7).

Agung Wibawa, Director of Finance of CGAS mentioned that the credit facility will be used to promote business expansion. “The signed credit facility agreement is regarding total facility worth IDR 53.88 billion,” he said in the information disclosure quoted Tuesday (2/7).

Tranche A facility is worth IDR 53.88 billion, available for the company, while tranche B is IDR 6 billion, allocated to PT Citra Nusantara Energi (CNE), CGAS’s subsidiary.

As of December 2023, the issuer reported outstanding loan owed to BMRI of IDR 3.10 billion, excluding the amount maturing within a year of IDR 1.56 billion. (LK/ZH)
