JAKARTA. PT Steel Pipe Industry of Indonesia Tbk (ISSP), also known as Spindo, will distribute cash dividend of IDR 105.98 billion or IDR 15 per share from its 2023 net profit.

Felicia Priska, Corporate Secretary of Spindo, mentioned that the cash dividend is equal to 21.3% of total 2023 net profit. "It goes in accordance with the result of Annual GMS on June 28, 2024," she added in the official statement.

The cash dividend will be given to Spindo's shareholders listed by the recording date on July 10, 2024. Then, the payment is due July 31, 2024.

As of December 31, 2023, Spindo reported net profit of IDR 498.05 billion. Retained earnings were at IDR 2.16 trillion, and total equity reached IDR 4.61 trillion. 

As of now, 56.90% of Spindo are under the control of PT Cakra Bhakti Para Putra. Public investors claim another 33.91%, followed by DBS Bank Ltd. with 7.08% saham, while the remaining portion is shared amongst minority shareholders. (KR/ZH)
