JAKARTA. PT Trans Jabar Tol (TJT) has obtained a loan facility worth IDR 55 billion from PT Waskita Toll Road (WTR), a subsidiary of PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk (WSKT).

For therecord, TJT is a business entity that manages Bogor-Ciawi-Sukabumi Toll Road with total concession period of 50 years. Approximately 65.11% of TJT’s shares are under the control of WTR. Meanwhile, 92.53% of WTR are under direct control of WSKT.

The management of WSKT mentioned that said facility is given as a financing method for the maintenance of Ciawi-Sukabumi Toll Road Section 2.

“With this transaction, it is expected to complete the maintenance of Ciawi-Sukabumi Toll Road Section 2,” said the management of WSKT in the official statement.

According to IDNFinancials data, WSKT recorded cash and cash equivalent of IDR 2.85 trillion as of March 31, 2024. Total assets clocked up to IDR 92.20 trillion, while total equity reached IDR 10.63 trillion. (KR/ZH)
