JAKARTA – Shareholders of PT Energi Megah Persada Tbk (ENRG) agreed upon the issuance of corporate guarantee regarding financing and refinancing plans. This company’s payables were reported at USD 66.75 million as of December 2023.

Riri Hosniari Harahap, Director of ENRG, confirmed that Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) approves utilisation of assets as corporate guarantee.

“98.06% of EGMS quorum agreed upon the plan of issuance of assets guarantee of company and subsidiaries,” she said in the information disclosure quoted today (5/7).

On June 26, EGMS was joined by shareholders representing 19.69 billion shares or 79.36% of total issued shares. Its total shares were reported at 24.82 billion, with shareholders consisting of PT CGS CIMB Sekuritas of 6.8%, PT Trimegah Sekuritas Tbk (TRIM) of 12.91%, PT Shima Global of 21.17%, PT Panin Sekuritas of 4.17%, and public of 54%.

As of December 2023, ENRG’s total assets were USD 1.36 billion, growing from USD 1.19 billion in 2022. Current assets also grew from USD 179.98 million to USD 242.37 million, while total non-current assets increased from USD 1.01 billion to USD 1.12 billion.

Total liabilities also shot up to USD 783.65 million from USD 679.40 million. Short-term ones increased from USD 337.65 million to USD 363.54 million, and long-term ones grew from USD 341.75 million to IDR 420.10 million. Long term liabilities of ENRG reached USD 119.81 million, owed to Deutsche Bank AG, Singapore. (LK/ZH)
