JAKARTA. The realisation of contract procurement of PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk (WIKA) is recorded at IDR 8.86 trillion until May (5M) 2024.

Said realisation value is 15.46% year-on-year (yoy) lower than the same period last year, which, for the record, reached IDR 10.48 trillion.

Agung Budi Waskita, President Director of WIKA, mentioned that most of the contract came from industry segment. “It is then followed by infrastructure and building segment, property segment, and EPCC,” he said in the official disclosure.

It is worth mentioning that WIKA still relies on government projects until May 2024. Most of them also came from state-owned enterprises (SOEs).

With this realised contract value until May 2024, the accumulated order book of WIKA now reaches IDR 52.31 trillion. Approximately 97% of said order book is carried out by using monthly payment scheme.

“This implementation results in cash flow from operational activities that reached IDR 7.66 trillion until May 2024,” said Waskito. (KR/ZH)
