JAKARTA. PT Integrasi Jaringan Ekosistem (IJE), another subsidiary of PT Solusi Sinergi Digital Tbk (WIFI), is issuing its first bond worth IDR 600 billion in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).

Hermansiah Haryono, President Director of IJE, mentioned that the issuance of Bond I of IJE Year 2024 is one of the most important milestones for the company in order to accelerate telecommunication infrastructure development.

“We remain focus on our mission achievement to provide reliable and affordable internet connection for all Indonesian people,” Haryono added in the official statement.

Later, the proceeds of this bond issuance will be used as capital expenditure (capex) and working capital of IJE.

Said securities are issued under the title Bond I of IJE Year 2024. The bond issuance is said to be oversubscribed.

It is worth mentioning that IJE has previously signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Nokia to promote end-to-end connectivity technology. In addition, WIFI is also working together with PGN for the extension of gas pipe network and ICT services for household and commercial sector. (KR/ZH)
