July 2024’s second week, IDX still monitors 7 issuers
JAKARTA – Entering the second week of July 2024, Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) places 7 issuers under special monitoring list. Three issuers out of those 7 are under temporary termination of securities trading.
Based on IDNFinancials data today (10/7), those issuers in question are PT Sunindo Adipersada Tbk (TOYS), PT Meratus Jasa Prima Tbk (KARW), PT Wahana Inti Makmur Tbk (NASI), PT Fortune Indonesia Tbk (FORU), PT Sunson Textile Manufacturer Tbk (SSTM), PT Asia Pacific Investama Tbk (MYTX), and PT Pradiksi Gunatama Tbk (PGUN).
TOYS is under special monitoring due to temporary trading halt following its free float rate. Furthermore, the company still faces Suspension of Debt Payment Obligation (PKPU) lawsuit or annulled homologated agreement.
Meanwhile, KARW reported negative equity in its financial statement, and thus is temporary halted. As of December 2023, total equity was USD 32.30 million, relatively stable compared to the same period in 2022.
NASI and FORU were also temporarily suspended for over 1 day due to trading activities.
SSTM and PGUN, on the other hand, recorded low liquidity, showing average daily transaction value of less than IDR 5 million and average daily transaction volume of less than 10 thousand shares for 3 months consecutively, both in regular market or Periodic Call Auction regular market.
Lastly, MYTK also reported negative equity, as seen in December 2023, with capital deficiency clocking up to IDR 493.54 billion, worsening from IDR 142.99 billion in 2022. (LK/ZH)
