JAKARTA. Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) gives warning and imposes fine on 62 listed companies that have yet to submit their Q1 2024 Financial Report by July 1, 2024.

In the official release, IDX mentioned that 64 issuers have not turned in their Q1 2024 Financial Reports. Out of those 64, 2 were given Written Warning I, as their reports have not been audited by public accountant office.

The fine imposed by IDX to 62 other issuers is IDR 150 million per company.

Then, 814 issuers have reportedly submitted their financial reports, while 159 others are under no obligation to turn in financial reports.

Until July 10, 2024, there have been 871 companies publicly listed on the board, all of which are required to publish their Q1 2024 Financial Reports. Then, 7 issuers use different fiscal year calculation from most companies. (KR/ZH)
