JAKARTA - Individual investor Joo Hee Ko decided to invest in PT Samcro Hyosung Adiwisata (ACRO), a manufacturer of hook and loop/magic tape adhesive products, on Tuesday, July 9. By purchasing 173.78 million shares through PT Kiwoom Sekuritas Indonesia, this new investor gained 5.01% control of ACRO immediately.

Another individual investor, Edward Halim, increased his stake in PT SaptaUsaha GemilangIndah Tbk (SAGE), a property company. Edward purchased an additional 33.69 million shares, bringing his total holdings to 658.34 million shares, or approximately 8.2%. Darmawan Suryadi SM also purchased 3.04 million shares of the transport and logistics service provider PT Armada Berjaya Trans Tbk (JAYA).

The mining holding company PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID) was also seen stockpiling its own shares through a share buyback, this time totaling 12.55 million shares. Cement producer PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk (INTP) followed suit, buying back 1.02 million of its own shares for a total of 295.51 million.

In contrast, fashion company PT Bersama Zatta Jaya Tbk (ZATA) reported the sale of 18 million shares by PT Lembur Sadaya Investama, which owns 70% of the stock. PT Goldman Investindo Sedaya additionally released 7.91 million shares in the food and beverage industry company, PT Indo Boga Sukses Tbk (IBOS). Then, a foreign investor named Morgan Stanley And Co. International Plc, sold 486,800 shares of PT MD Pictures Tbk (FILM).

Finally, supply chain solutions provider PT Dosni Roha Indonesia Tbk (ZBRA) saw two of its investors sell shares, albeit in small amounts. PT Trinity Healthcare, which is the controlling shareholder of ZBRA, sold 48,000 shares, while Bambang Rudijanto Tanoesoedibjo sold 34,200 shares.
