Divesting buyback shares, RALS bags IDR 39.77 billion
JAKARTA - PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk (RALS) scored IDR 39.77 billion from divesting 27 million treasury shares gained from buyback. The divestment took place two weeks ago (30/6).
Andreas Lesmana, Director of RALS, said that the secured proceeds are net amount, including transaction fees. As of now, the buyback shares that have yet to be divested shrink down to 1.16 billion shares.
The company has yet to decide regarding the option to sell shares as its average stock price was still above the market price. Last Friday (12/7), RALS’s price arrived at IDR 424 per share.
As of June 30, 2024, RALS’s shares were reported at 7.09 billion shares. Its shareholders consist of PT Ramayana Makmursentosa of 55.88%, Paulus Tumewu of 3.66%, Agus Makmur of 0.85%, the public of 23.2%, and treasurystock of 16.41%. (LK/ZH)
