JAKARTA. PT Permodalan Nasional Madani Ventura Syariah (PNM Ventura Syariah) has issued Mid-Term Sukuk Mudharabah III Phase II Year 2024 with total principal of IDR 50 billion. 

Said securities have been registered in Indonesia Central Securities Depository (KSEI) under code ISIN IDJ000032206. For the record, PNM Ventura Syariah is preparing floating profit-sharing yield per annum for these securities.

Electronic distribution of sukuk will take place on July 17, 2024. The first round of profit-sharing payment will follow in August 17, 2024, and mature on July 17, 2027. 

PNM Ventura Syariah has assigned PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBRI) as its monitoring agent in this sukuk mudharabah issuance. Then, PT Bahana Sekuritas will be asked to act as the lead arranger.

According to IDNFinancials data, PNM Ventura Syariah is an entity established circa 2000 as a part of holding of Ultra-Micro Group of BBRI. (KR/ZH)
