JCI slipped to the red zone Tuesday morning
JAKARTA - Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) slipped into the red zone at Tuesday's (16/7) morning session. The index only gained strides for a short while at the opening bell at 9AM WIB.
At 11 AM WIB, JCI arrived at 7,255.98, continuing the downtrend yesterday (15/7). It even hit the lowest at 7,250.74 at 10.30 AM WIB, from 7,285.89 seen earlier at the opening.
Other indices that were seen declining were LQ45 that got corrected 0.6% to 910.238, IDX30 slipping 0.26% to 453.454, IDX80 down 0.16% to 127.594, and IDXESGL that slipped 0.27% to 161.196.
Several stocks were seen performing well despite JCI's slippage, including PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk (PGAS), PT Merdeka Battery Materials Tbk (MBMA), and PT Elnusa Tbk (ELSA). On the contrary, some stocks follow the negative shift, including PT Amman Mineral Internasional Tbk (AMMN) and PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA). (LK/ZH)
