DOID to transfer 1.06 billion treasury shares for MESOP and capital
JAKARTA - PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID) is transferring 1.06 billion treasury shares gained from a buyback worth IDR 399.5 billion. This company managed to raise IDR 427.03 billion from divesting those shares.
Olga Oktavia Patuwo, Corporate Secretary of DOID, mentioned that the treasury shares from buyback clock up to 1.28 billion. "The remaining shares yet to be transferred out are 215.56 million," Patuwo added in Jakarta, today (16/7).
For the record, the shares divested through management employee stock option plan (MESOP) reached 646.55 million, whereas for capital, 422.38 million shares.
As of June 2024, DOID's shares were at 8.19 billion, with shareholder structure consisting of Northstar Tambang 39.81%, Ronald Sutardja 2.72%, Six Sis Ltd 5.29%, Ashish Gupta 2.44%, Dian Sofia Andyasuri 0.43%, Iwan Fuad Salim 0.12%, public 43.54%, and treasury stock 5.64%. (LK/ZH)
