JAKARTA. PT Puradelta Lestari Tbk (DMAS), the developer of integrated modern city of Kota Deltamas, has secured marketing sales of IDR 1.1 trillion in the first half (H1) of 2024.

Said number has already covered 60.7% of its marketing sales target set by DMAS for 2024 of IDR 1.81 trillion.

Approximately IDR 560 billion of them are marketing sales scored in the first quarter, whereas another IDR 535 billion were obtained in the second quarter.

Most of DMAS's marketing sales in H1 2024 came from industrial land sale. "The company has sold 34 hectares of industrial land in the first half of 2024," said Tondy Suwanto, Director and Corporate Secretary of DMAS, in the official statement.

High demand for industrial land still came from data centre business, claimed Suwanto. "Over 75% of industrial land marketing sales in H1 2024 was still dominated by data centre industry," he added.

Suwanto further said that DMAS remains optimistic about attaining marketing sales target until the end of this year, considering that 2024 Election has been successfully held, which will positively affect investment climate.

"After the 2024 General Election, there are still demands for industrial land of around 90 hectares, with the primary segment being data centre," said Suwanto. (KR/ZH)
