JAKARTA. PT Impack Pratama Industri Tbk (IMPC), a manufacturer of plastic-based building materials, has distributed a loan worth USD 500 thousand or IDR 8.05 billion to one of its subsidiaries, Impack Vietnam Company Ltd.

Lenggana Linggawati, Corporate Secretary of IMPC, mentioned that said loan facility is taken out of the company’s internal cash. “The loan term is 11 months, taking effect starting from the date of the fund transfer from the company to Impack Vietnam,” she added in the information disclosure.

The interest rate applied to this loan facility is 4% per annum (p.a.). Linggawati claimed that this loan distribution will not affect operational activities and business sustainability of the company.

For the record, IMPC is the sole controlling shareholder of Impack Vietnam Company Ltd. (KR/ZH)
