PTDU to restructure debts of IDR 72 billion
JAKARTA - PT Djasa Ubersakti Tbk (PTDU) will restructure its debts of IDR 72 billion owed to PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Kalimantan Timur dan Kalimantan Utara (BPD Kaltimtara).
Heru Purwanto, President Director of PTDU, confirmed that the debt restructuring request had been approved by BPD Kaltimtara. “The loan payment will be easier and the payback period will be longer in order to avoid risks of default, liquidation, or asset confiscation by previous creditors,’ he added in the information disclosure quoted Thursday (18/7).
The restructured credit limit has an outstanding interest of IDR 3.59 billion. The rate is set to sliding 8% per annum until the loan is fully paid. The restructure period will span 96 months since the signing of credit restructure agreement on February 29, 2024.
As of Q1 2024, PTDU’s total assets were IDR 197.47 billion, down from IDR 210.14 billion seen in Q1 2023. Its liabilities, however, increased from IDR 174.72 billion to IDR 177.11 billion, while total equity dropped from IDR 35.41 billion to IDR 20.35 billion. (LK/ZH)
