APEX concludes MCB Tranche I worth IDR 1.13 trillion
JAKARTA - PT Apexindo Pratama Duta Tbk (APEX) concludes Mandatory Convertible Bond (MCB) Tranche I to 612.83 million shares. With offering price set to IDR 1,846 per share, total value clocks up to IDR 1.13 trillion.
In the information disclosure quoted Thursday (18/7), APEX’s issued and paid-up capital post-MCB will rise to 3.54 billion, 612.83 million more from 2.93 billion shares. These newly issued shares were listed yesterday (17/7).
Shareholders that saw increases in their portions include HSBC PLC of 102.88 million, Qatar National Bank (QPSC) of 61.54 million, ACP I Trading LLC of 197.66 million, Conover Investments LP of 75.52 million, and Pathfinder Strategic Credit II LP of 175,22 million.
As of June 2024, APEX’s shareholders consisted of PT Aserra Capital of 64.68% of 2.93 billion shares, PT Daaz Bara Lestari of 5.35%, Standard Chartered of 7.52%, Eka Dharmajanto of 1.01%, Erwin Sutanto of 0%, the public of 21.13%, and treasury shares of 0.01%. (LK/ZH)
