First Media divests shares in Data Lake Indonesia worth IDR 4.02 billion
JAKARTA. PT First Media Tbk (KBLV), a telecommunications services issuer, has sold all its shares in PT Data Lake Indonesia (DLI).
The number of DLI shares released by KBLV was 99.87%. Apart from that, PT Graha Investama Andalan Terpadu (GIAT), a minority shareholder in DLI, also sold its shares.
All shares were sold to PT Kemilau Anugerah Usaha Bersama (KAUB). The total transaction value for the sale of DLI shares was IDR 4.17 billion, with the distribution for KBLV IDR 4.02 billion and GIAT IDR 150.5 million.
"There is no negative impact on the company's operational activities, law, financial condition or business continuity," said Harianda Noerlan, Corporate Secretary of KBLV, in his official statement.
According to idnfinancials.com data, GIAT is also a subsidiary directly owned by KBLV, with 100% share ownership. However, so far, GIAT has not operated commercially.
Like GIAT's business status, DLI also does not appear to be operating commercially. Because no business activities were found carried out by DLI. (KR/LM)
