JAKARTA. PT Metrodata Electronics Tbk (MTDL) through its subsidiary, PT Synnex Metrodata Indonesia (SMI), has formed another subsidiary called PT Sentra Modal Mandiri (SMM).

Randy Kartadinata, Corporate Secretary of MTDL, said that this subsidiary is established with total investment worth IDR 100 billion, consisting of 10,000 shares. In this subsidiary, SMI has a claim over 99.99% of SMM, leaving the remaining portion to PT Synnex Metrodata Technology and Services.

“PT SMM will redirect its business focus to become a holding company for managing investments and acquiring assets from a group of subsidiaries of distribution business unit of Metrodata Group,” added Kartadinata in the official statement.

According to IDNFinancials data, MTDL reported total assets of IDR 10.18 trillion as of March 31, 2024, with cash and cash equivalent of IDR 1.49 trillion, and total equity worth IDR 5.24 trillion. (KR/ZH)
