Marketing sales at IDR 4.81 trillion in first half, BSDE is confident of this year’s target
JAKARTA - PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSDE) has realised marketing sales of IDR 4.84 trillion in the first half (H1) of 2024, meaning that it has reached 51% of its marketing sales target of IDR 9.50 trillion until the end of this year.
Herman Wijaya, Director of BSDE, mentioned that the realisation of marketing sales reflects the effectiveness of the company’s strategy. “The grand project of BSD City remains the main contributor of our success,” he said in Jakarta, today (22/7).
According to Wijaya, the realisation of residential and commercial area sales also indicates positive response from consumers. The company is also committed to the sustainabile property industry in Indonesia.
Residential segment brought in IDR 2.61 trillion or 54% of total marketing sales, followed by commercial segment, apartment, and shophouses of IDR 1.67 trillion or 34% of marketing sales in H1 2024. Then, another 12%, or IDR 565 billion, came from land sales to joint ventures.
In terms of locations, BSD City projects contributed 71% of total marketing sales in H1 2024, followed by Grand Wisata Bekasi, and Kota Wisata Cibubur of 12% and 5% each. (LK/ZH)
