Sunter Lakeside Hotel’s loss worsened 8.8% in the first half
JAKARTA. PT Sunter Lakeside Hotel Tbk (SNLK) once again dealt with a loss of IDR 4.27 billion in the first half (H1) of 2024, 8.8% year-on-ear (yoy) higher from the loss seen in the same period last year.
In H1 2024, SNLK’s revenue actually increased 12.23% yoy from the same period last year. According to IDNFinancials data, its revenue in H1 2023 was reported at IDR 19.54 billion.
The primary contributor of SNLK’s revenue in H1 2024 came from hotel room occupancy, which brought in IDR 10.69 billion. Then, revenue from food and beverage segment reportedly reached IDR 9.95 billion, while other income brought in IDR 1.27 billion.
However, its cost of revenue in H1 2024 swelled 16.5% yoy to IDR 9.95 billion. In addition, it also recorded higher operating expenses in H1 2024 of IDR 11.67 billion, followed by depreciation of IDR 4.62 billion and finance expenses of IDR 837.9 million.
As of June 30, 2024, SNLK’s total assets were IDR 211.22 billion, with cash and cash equivalent of IDR 16.46 billion and total equity of IDR 165.39 billion. (KR/ZH)
