JAKARTA – IDNFinancials along with PT Tempo Inti Media Tbk (TMPO) are preparing to host Malam Apresiasi Emiten 024 of Indeks Tempo-IDNFinancials 52, which will take place in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan on July 26, 2024.

It is worth mentioning that Indeks Tempo-IDNFinancials 52, or shortly known as Indeks52, is a collaboration between both entities initially launched on June 23, 2023. Said index consists of issuers from various sector and industries in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), which have shown satisfactory performance.

Now, after evaluation process, Indeks52 will drop 23 issuers and list 11 new issuers in the list. With this alteration, total constituents slightly shrink from 96 to 84 issuers.

However, similar to last year, Indeks52 still has 4 categories, namely Main Index, High Growth, High Dividend, and Market Capitalisation, each of which consists of 52 constituents.

The criteria also remain unchanged, including market capitalisation, net profit growth, and average dividend yield. Supporting criteria have also been put into consideration, including average frequency and volume of transaction, the number of shareholders, as well as free float rate.

For the record, 84 updated constituents of Indeks52 were recorded representing 77.61% of total market capitalisation as of March 2024, equal to IDR 8.96 quadrillion out of IDR 11.5 quadrillion in total. This number indicates a reliable representation of real trend of stocks in the capital market. (ZH)
