Two Sumber Energi Andalan (ITMA) investors sell their shares
JAKARTA - Two investors in PT Sumber Energi Andalan (ITMA) were observed selling shares of the mining and energy consulting services company on Wednesday, July 17. With 21.16 million shares, PT Fersindo Nusa Jaya was the first investor, and as a result, his ownership stake decreased from 12.56% to 10.44%. Additionally, 133,500 ITMA shares were sold by PT Majukarya Mandiri Indonesia, which saw a minor drop in ownership from 6.2% to 6.19%.
Following that, 46 million shares of PT Nusatama Berkah Tbk (NTBK), a company that manufactures special vehicles, were sold by individual investor Ikra Zama Dinnata. JPMCB NA RE-Cathay Life Insurance Co. Ltd., a foreign investor, then released a total of fifty thousand shares of the banking and financial company PT Bank Mayapada Internasional Tbk (MAYA). Furthermore, PT Putra Borneo Agro Lestari released up to 16,700 shares of PT Sawit Sumbermas Sarana Tbk (SSMS), a palm oil company.
In the meantime, two issuers that are also PT MNC Asia Holding Tbk's subsidiaries reported the addition of shares by the company. This parent issuer purchased 11 million shares of PT MNC Land Tbk (KPIG), a company in the development sector, and 13 million shares of PT MNC Kapital Indonesia Tbk (BCAP), a financial services company. PT MNC Sekuritas facilitated these two transactions.
PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID), the coal mining holding company, purchased 10 million shares of the company itself. Ultimately, two controlling shareholders were observed purchasing additional shares: Prajogo Pangestu purchased 794,400 shares of the energy and industrial company PT Barito Pacific Tbk (BRPT), and PT Bogamulia Nagadi purchased 1.05 million shares of the pharmaceutical company PT Tempo Scan Pacific Tbk (TSPC).
