JAKARTA. PT Superior Prima Sukses Tbk (BLES), a hebel manufacturer with popular brands Blesscon and Superiore Block, proceeds with its expansion plan by building its fifth factory located in Banjarnegara, Central Java.

Prior to this, BLES had increased its production capacity in Plant 1 located in Mojokerto, and Plant 2 in Lamongan.

It is worth mentioning that the company managed to raise IDR 240.43 billion of fresh funds from its IPO. However, most of IPO proceeds will be channelled to acquire fleet and working capital.

Andrew, Corporate Secretary of BLES, mentioned that the new factory in Banjarnegara is estimated to take up investment worth approximately IDR 250 billion. This plant is projected to be finished and taking commission in 2025.

In the meantime, Billy Law, President Director of BLES, said that Banjarnegara is selected as the new factory location in order to facilitate the distribution of hebel.

“It is meant to facilitate distribution of material in said area, which is known to lack in hebel factory,” said Law in the official statement.

With this new plant being built in Banjarnegara, Law added, BLES will gain extra installed capacity for hebel production to 5.6 million cubic metres per year. As of now, total installed capacity is reported at 4.6 million cubic metres per year.

Following its latest plant construction, BLES projects 2025 sales to increase by 36%. Meanwhile, this year’s sales growth is estimated to reach 28%. (KR/ZH)
