JAKARTA - The evaluation of Indeks52, an index launched by Tempo and IDNFinancials, maintains the position of PT Sarana Menara Infrastruktur Tbk (TOWR) as one of the constituents for the next year. Total issuers listed in the index reach 84 companies, coming from various sectors in the stock exchange.

Based on IDNFinancials record, TOWR is listed under all four categories of Indeks52: Main Index, High Growth, High Dividend, and Big Market capitalisation. This issuer reported market cap of IDR 43.87 trillion as of March 2024, and scoring high both in its compound annual growth rate (CAGR) and average dividend yield.

As the original constituent of Indeks52, TOWR evidently meets other criteria, including number of shareholders of over 3,000, high average daily transaction frequency and volume, as well as free float rate of over 7.5% of its listed shares in the stock market.

In Q1 2023, TOWR’s revenue was recorded at IDR 3.04 trillion, increasing from IDR 2.86 trillion in the same period last year. Its gross profit also shifted from IDR 2.05 trillion to IDR 2.12 trillion, while net profit grew from IDR 752.43 billion to IDR 797.38 billion.

For fiscal year (FY) 2023, the issuer distributed total dividend of IDR 1.2 trillion, consisting of interim dividend of IDR 298.79 billion and final dividend of IDR 901.36 billion. The dividend allocation was made referring to its net profit attributable to the parent entity of IDR 3.25 trillion, retained earnings of IDR 16.68 trillion, and total equity of IDR 16.51 trillion.

For the record, Tempo and IDNFinancials first issued Indeks52 in Jakarta on June 23, 2023. The index is projected to be an alternative reference for investors, especially the younger generation, who are interested in investing in the stock exchange.
