JAKARTA. PT Bukit Asam Tbk (PTBA), an energy company under state-owned holding company of mining industry, MIND ID, is granted 4 spots in each category of Indeks Tempo-IDNFinancials 52 (Indeks52).

This award is given to PTBA during Malam Apresiasi Emiten Indeks52 held in Balikpapan this Friday (26/7). Four categories in question are Main Index, High Growth, High Dividend, and Big Market Cap.

All these categories represent the criteria of Indeks52 formulation, including profit growth, market capitalisation, and average dividend yield in the past 5 years. The constituents are selected carefully by a committee, consisting of representatives of Tempo and IDNFinancials.

According to IDNFinancials data, PTBA’s market cap as of now is at IDR 34.12 trillion as of July 23, 2024. PTBA’s public shares portion was reportedly at 33.78%, representing 118,247 retail investors.

In 2023, PTBA booked net profit of IDR 6.11 trillion, allowing PTBA’s compound annual growth rate (CAGR) in the past 5 years to shift to 8.52%.
