JAKARTA. PT Wulandari Bangun Laksana Tbk (BSBK), a property and real estate developer, is scheduling interim dividend distribution of IDR 25.09 billion or IDR 1 per share.

Alexandro Martin Tiga, Corporate Secretary of BSBK, mentioned that said plan is in accordance with the decision made by the board of directors. “It had been approved by the board of commissioners on July 29, 2024,” he added in the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).

Then, interim dividend will be disbursed to BSBK’s shareholders listed as official shareholders by the recording date on September 27, 2024. Then, the payment will be made on October 15, 2024.

According to IDNFinancials data, BSBK reported net profit of IDR 39.83 billion in the first half (H1) of 2024. In addition, it also held retained earnings of IDR 571.52 billion and total equity worth IDR 1.73 trillion. (KR/ZH)
