JAKARTA - PT Rukun Raharja Tbk (RAJA), an integrated gas energy provider, was the target of PT Sentosa Bersama Mitra's acquisition of 30 million shares in early August. The investor's control was also bolstered by this share purchase on Thursday, August 1, which increased from 33.98% to 34.69%.

Following that, two issuers were seen purchasing their own shares once more: PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID), a mining holding company, purchased 5 million shares, and PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk (INTP), a cement producer, purchased 1.55 million shares. Conversely, PT Firstindo Finansial Corpora accomplished the biggest share reduction this time around by releasing 67 million shares of PT Estee Gold Feet Tbk (EURO), a manufacturer of aerosols for cosmetics and home appliances, through securities PT Danatama Makmur Sekuritas.

Furthermore, smaller-volume divestments were executed by other investors in the market this time. Foreign investor Morgan Stanley and Co International Plc sold a total of 302,700 shares of production company PT MD Pictures Tbk (FILM) through PT Bank HSBC Indonesia once more. A second foreign investor, OCBC Sec Pte Ltd S/A Hudson River Group Pte Ltd, then sold 100,000 shares of PT Nusa Konstruksi Enjiniring Tbk (DGIK), a private general contractor.

Next, PT Maybank Sekuritas Indonesia sold 52,700 shares of the company that offers integrated end-to-end supply chain solutions, PT Dosni Roha Indonesia Tbk (ZBRA), ending with PT Putra Borneo Agro Lestari, which released 9,500 shares of the palm oil company, PT Sawit Sumbermas Sarana Tbk (SSMS).
