JAKARTA - PT Mark Dynamics Indonesia Tbk (MARK) will distribute an interim dividend of IDR 76 billion or IDR 20 per share for the 2024 fiscal year period.

Quoted from the information disclosure on Wednesday (7/8), Ridwan, President Director of MARK, said that the interim dividend distribution had been approved by the Board of Directors last week (1/8). Dividend payments will be made on (6/9) to registered shareholders (recording date) as of (19/8).

For cum and ex dividends in the regular market and negotiated market on (15 and 16/8), as well as cum and ex dividends in the cash market on (19 and 20/8).

In the first semester of 2024, this issuer posted a net profit of IDR 147.20 billion, unrestricted retained earnings of IDR 740.90 billion, and total equity of IDR 876.78 billion. (LK/LM)
