JAKARTA - PT Armada Berjaya Trans Tbk (JAYA) allocated an interim dividend of IDR 4 billion or IDR 4 per share for the 2024 financial year.

Jap Astrid Patricia, President Commissioner of JAYA said that the interim dividend distribution was decided by the Board of Directors after receiving approval from the Board of Commissioners, yesterday (6/8). Interim dividend payments are scheduled for (3/8), while cum and ex dividends on the regular market and negotiated market will be (16 and 19/8) and cum and ex dividends on the cash market will be on (20 and 21/8).

As of June 2024, this issuer collected a net profit of IDR 5.64 billion, an unrestricted retained earnings balance of IDR 19.52 billion, and total equity of IDR 127.27 billion. Revenue was IDR 52.68 billion with the largest contributors from the Land Transport and Rental Services segment IDR 49.94 billion and Real Estate-House Sales IDR 2.73 billion. (LK/LM)
