JAKARTA - PT Sejahteraraya Anugrahjaya Tbk (SRAJ), the operator of Mayapada Hospital, is aiming to raise IDR 2.74 trillion via a private placement next year. This issuer will offer 12 billion shares for IDR 2,290 per share.

Arie Farisandi, Corporate Secretary of SRAJ, mentioned that the company is planning Independent General Meeting of Shareholders in regard to this private placement agenda next week (12/8). The number of shares post private placement will rise to 13.2 billion, up 1.2 billion from the initial 12 billion shares.

The proceeds gained from this corporate action will be used to expand its hospital, as well as increasing working capital of its subsidiary. Approximately IDR 497.76 billion will be channelled to the construction of Tower 3 of Mayapada Hospital, South Jakarta.

Then, another IDR 497.76 billion will be channelled as extra capital for PT Anugrah Inti Bahagia (AIB), while the remaining amount will be spent for paying back the loan owed to PT Surya Cipta Inti Cemerlang (SCIC).

As of now, SRAJ’s authorised capital is IDR 4.8 trillion, while its issued and paid-up capital is IDR 1.2 trillion, and the stock in portfolio is worth IDR 3.5 trillion.

SRAJ’s shareholders consist of SCIC of 59.99%, HPIL 18.17%, Wing Harvest Ltd 10.63%, Dato'Sri Prof DR Tahir MBA 0.02%, Jane Dewi Tahir 0.42%, Jonathan Tahir 0.49%, and the public 10.28%.

After this private placement, authorised capital will remain unchanged at IDR 4.8 trillion, but the issued and paid-up capital will rise to IDR 1.32 trillion, and the stock in portfolio will shrink to IDR 3.47 trillion.

SCIC will gain control over 54.54%, followed by HPIL 16.51%, Wing Harvest Ltd 9.66%, Dato'Sri Prof DR Tahir MBA 0.02%, Jane Dewi Tahir 0.38%, Jonathan Tahir 0.44%, the public 10.28%, and investors 9.09%. (LK/ZH)
