JAKARTA - PT AKR Corporindo Tbk (AKRA) is allocating interim dividend for the fiscal year of 2024 worth IDR 987.64 billion or IDR 50 per share.

Suresh Vembu, Director of AKRA, confirmed that the interim dividend distribution was decided by the board of directors under the approval from the board of commissioners on July 24, 2024.

The dividend payment will be made on August 15, referring to investors recorded under Official Register of Shareholders as of August 6. The cum and ex dividend in the regular and negotiation market is set to August 2 and 5, followed by the cum and ex dividend in the cash market on August 6 and 7.

The interim dividend allocation is made based on net profit as of June 2024 of IDR 1 trillion, unrestricted retained earnings of IDR 9.41 trillion, and total equity of IDR 14.21 trillion.

Total revenue of this Indeks52 constituent in June 2024 was reported at IDR 18.65 trillion, declining from IDR 19.85 trillion seen in H1 2023.

Then, the gross profit also slipped to IDR 1.58 trillion from IDR 1.80 trillion, followed by the weakened operating profit from IDR 1.35 trillion to IDR 1.14 trillion in H1 2024. (LK/ZH)
