JAKARTA – A subsidiary of PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk (TOWR) obtains a credit facility worth JPY 14 billion from PT Bank Mizuho Indonesia. Assuming that the exchange rate is set to IDR 108.52 per JPY, total loan will reach IDR 1.5 trillion.

In the information disclosure quoted Monday (12/8), Monalisa Irawan, Corporate Secretary of TOWR, mentioned that credit facility will be used for capital expenditure and refinancing of existing loans. “The maturity date will fall on August 7, 2029,” she added.

A subsidiary of TOWR that receives this facility from Mizuho is PT Protelindo and PT Iforte Solusi Infotek. Protelindo will provide corporate guarantee to secure Iforte’s obligation regarding this loan.

In July 2024, Iforte acquired 90.11% of PT Inti Bangun Sejahtera Tbk (IBST) for IDR 3.42 trillion. These shares were bought from IBST’s shareholders, namely PT Bakti Taruna Sejati, PT Inovasi Mas Mobilitas, PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk (DSSA), and PT DSST Mas Gemilang. (LK/ZH)
