JAKARTA – The net profit of PT Samator Indo Gas Tbk (AGII) slowed down in the first half of 2024, although the revenue grew 3.81% year-on-year (yoy) from the same period in 2023. Its net profit also slipped 1.11% yoy to IDR 65.83 billion in H1 2024 from IDR 66.57 billion.

Based on the Financial Report of H1 2024 quoted today (12/8), net income was at IDR 1.38 trillion, up from IDR 1.33 trillion seen in H1 2023.

Gross profit also increased 61.6% yoy to IDR 640.81 billion from IDR 604.61 billion, bringing the margin up to 46.15% from 45.11%.

The total revenue in H1 2024 of this Indeks52 constituent was amassed from gas products’ sales of IDR 1.30 trillion, up from IDR 1.23 trillion, as well as from equipment services that generated IDR 86.38 billon, down from IDR 104.15 billion.

In terms of user base, third-party users brought in revenue of IDR 1.32 trillion, up from IDR 1.27 trillion, while related parties’ contribution increased to IDR 63.07 billion from IDR 58.86 billion. (LK/ZH)
