JAKARTA – PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) has, once again, achieved various achievements throughout July 2024. Not only within domestic scope, BCA has also received various international awards on numerous occasions.

BCA won this series of awards as a form of appreciation for its commitment in improving its service quality in various aspects. BCA always strives to innovate for customers in order to provide comfort and security for customers in enjoying banking services.

International awards won by BCA throughout July 2024 include:

1. Best PR Campaign for the Corporate Communication Team

This award is given at the Global Business & Finance Magazine Awards to individuals, companies, and organizations that have made more profound contributions in business and finance industry. On this occasion, the BCA Corporate Communication Team managed to bring home the award of Best PR Campaign: Integrated Communications Indonesia 2024. This award was given for its communication strategy and various publication activities such as press conferences, press releases, corporate videos and other communication materials.

2. 17th Annual Private Wealth Awards 2024 and 18th Annual Alpha Southeast Asia Best FI Awards 2024

This award is organized by Alpha Southeast Asia, an international publication that promotes institutional investment. Since 2006, Alpha Southeast Asia has given appreciation to financial institutions that innovate and perform well in providing financial services. BCA successfully received awards in the following categories:

• 17th Annual Private Wealth Awards 2024: Best Wealth Management Bank in Indonesia
• 18th Annual Alpha Southeast Asia Best FI Awards 2024: Best Bank in Indonesia

3. ABF Retail Banking Awards 2024

In its 20th year, this event has become the leading awards program for the banking and finance industry in Asia. Committed to safety education for customers, BCA has released the “Nurut Apa Kata Mama” video series and launched the “Tolak dengan Anggun” campaign.

Most recently, BCA came up with the campaign "Don't Know? Kasih No!” and succeeded in winning an award in the Fraud Initiative of the Year – Indonesia category.

4. 2024 Asia Executive Team

Organized by Institutional Investor, an international business media that focuses primarily on international finance, BCA succeeded in achieving satisfactory survey results in the 2024 Asia Executive Team event in the Company Board, CEO, CFO, Investor Relations Professional, Investor Relations Program and ESG categories. The results of this survey were obtained from the Asia Executive Team survey, which involved more than 7,000 investors and analysts.

5. HR Excellence Award 2024

Since 2019, the HR Excellence Award has been held to acknowledge companies that possess strategies and initiatives to develop human resources. This year, BCA won the Excellence in Leadership Development award in the Gold category.

6. Top Ranking Performance Award

The awards from ContactCenterWorld.com are an annual competition that brings together the best contact center practitioners from various agencies and service industries from various countries and continents.

This year, BCA, as Industry Champion Awards, won awards in the Individual category, which was won by Wani Sabu as Executive Vice President of BCA, DREAM Team Award, 24 awards in the Corporate category, 16 Individual awards, and 8 Team awards. The total number of medals that BCA won in this event was 45 Gold and 3 Silver.
