JAKARTA – Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) authorities has listed 6 issuers under special monitoring since early August 2024 until last Friday (16/8). These issuers have issues with negative equity and zero revenue stated in their last financial reports.

Based on IDNFinancials data compiled today (19/8), the six issuers in question are PT Tirta Mahakam Resources Tbk (TIRT), PT Sky Energy Indonesia Tbk (JSKY), PT Wilton Makmur Indonesia Tbk (SQMI), PT Fimperkasa Utama Tbk (FIMP), PT Envy Techonologies Indonesia Tbk (ENVY), and PT Meratus Jasa Prima Tbk (KARW).

Three of them, namely TIRT, ENVY, and KARW reported deficits in equities in the first half of 2024. TIRT reported equity at minus IDR 649.62 billion, ENVY at mnus IDR 46.30 billion, and KARW at minus USD 32.39 million.

Then, TIRT, SQMI, and FIMP were put under special monitoring list due to failures of recording any sales in H1 2024. (LK/ZH)
