KIJA to allocate IDR 450 billion of capex
JAKARTA - PT Kawasan Indutri Jababeka Tbk (KIJA) is allocating capital expenditure of IDR 450 billion this year. The allocation is split to 55% for land acquisition and 45% for infrastructure maintenance.
In the minutes of public expose quoted today (20/8), it is said that the realisation of capex for land acquisition has reached IDR 105 billion out of total budget of IDR 250 billion. Meanwhile, the realisation for infrastructure maintenance has reached IDR 114 billion out of total IDR 200 billion.
The fund source for capex is its own internal cash. As of December 2023, KIJA reported total equity of IDR 6.93 trillion, up from IDR 6.50 trillion seen in 2022.
Until the end of this year, KIJA has set the marketing sales target to IDR 2.5 trillion, IDR 1.15 trillion of which will be obtained from land sales in Cikarang, while another IDR 1.35 trillion will be received from a joint venture in Kendal. (LK/ZH)
