JAKARTA - PT Selamat Sempurna Tbk (SMSM) scored dividend income of IDR 46.64 billion from two of its subsidiaries, PT Panata Jaya Mandiri (PJM) and PT Prapat Tunggal Cipta (PTC).

Quoted from information disclosure Wednesday (21/8), Lidiana Widjojo, Corporate Secretary of SMSM, mentioned that PJM channels IDR 34.12 billion worth of dividend, and PTC, IDR 12.54 billion.

PJM is known as a heavy equipment manufacturer with total assets of IDR 801 billion as of June 2024, whereas PTC recorded total assets of IDR 531 billion.

Today (21/8), this issuer also allocates dividend of IDR 201.55 billion or IDR 35 per share from its net profit in June 2024 of IDR 445.27 billion. Unrestricted retained earnings were at IDR 3.27 trillion, while total equity clocked up to IDR 3.95 trillion. (LK/ZH)
