JAKARTA - SCGP Solution, PTE LTD, Singapore, major shareholders of PT Fajar Surya Wisesa Tbk (FASW), transferred 55.24% of the shares to Siam Kraft Industry Company Limited (SKIC) yesterday (20/8). SCGP and SKIC are affiliated under SCG Packaging.

In the information disclosure quoted Thursday (22/8), SCGPS is said to own 1.36 billion shares of total issued and paid-up capital of FASW, while SKIC owns 0%. The transaction value of this shares transfer is set to IDR 5,500 each, or totalling IDR 7.52 trillion.

As of July 2024, FASW’s total shares were recorded at 2.47 billion, with shareholder structure of SCGPS owning 55.23% of the shares, PT Intercipta 44.48%, and the public 0.29%.

Therefore, controlling shareholders claim 55.23% of the shares, while non-controlling shareholders have another 44.77%. Total shareholders reach 378.

Yesterday (21/8), FASW was closed at IDR 5,525 per share with market capitalisation of IDR 13.69 trillion. (LK/ZH)
