JAKARTA. PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) or PNM has issued Medium Term Sukuk Mudharabah VI Year 2024 Phase I with total principal of IDR 500 billion.

Said securities have been registered in Indonesia Central Security Depository (KSEI) without public offering. It offered a floating yield rate for this sukuk mudharabah.

The tenor of this sukuk mudharabah is 370 days, while the profit-sharing payment will be made every three months.

PNM has assigned PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk (BRIS) as the trustee for this sukuk mudharabah issuance.

According to IDNFinancials data, PNM reported total assets of IDR 55.7 trillion as of June 30, 2024, with cash and cash equivalent of IDR 2.5 trillion and total equity of IDR 9.9 trillion. (KR/ZH)
