JAKARTA - PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk (BFIN) is planning the issuance of Bond VI Phase I Year 2024 with total maximum principal set to IDR 600 billion on September 18-20, 2024.

In May 2023, its current year’s net profit was recorded at IDR 562.67 billion, down from IDR 685.93 billion.

In the prospectus quoted today (22/8), said bond will be offered in three series: A, B, and C, with tenors set to 370 days, 2 years, and 3 years. The nominal of the proceeds has yet to be determined, along with the interest rate.

The proceeds of this bond issuance will be used as working capital, investment financing, working capital, multipurpose facility, as well as sharia-based financing.

As of May 2024, this Indeks52 constituent recorded total revenue of IDR 2.58 trillion, cumulated from financing receivables of IDR 2.40 trillion, finance income of IDR 22.67 billion, sharia unit of IDR 58.43 billion, and others of IDR 92.88 billion.

In the same period in 2023, BFIN’s profit was IDR 2.67 trillion. Similarly, cumulated from financing receivables of IDR 2.53 trillion, finance income of IDR 24.32 billion, sharia unit of IDR 41.47 billion, and others of IDR 76.99 billion. (LK/ZH)
